We’ve paired all the benefits of our cutting edge technology with cost-effective pricing and the ease of self-sampling.
LILIUM provides the fastest laboratory RT-PCR diagnostic results in the country. You’ll get your results via email in as little as one hour of delivering your sample to a LILIUM Diagnostic laboratory, where samples are processed and analyzed.
We can currently process more than 100,000 samples per day. That’s almost the same volume currently processed by all other RT-PCR laboratories in Canada combined. And with our unique platform, we can easily and rapidly upgrade to millions of samples per day. This massive scale of testing could be deployed to identify all positive cases within an entire community, even the country, within days.
In order to correctly detect SARS-CoV-2 in a sample, the Limit of Detection (LoD) of the assay needs to be as low as possible with near 100% specificity. The near 100% sensitivity and 100% specificity of the LILIUM assay at a very low LoD means that the LILIUM SARS-CoV-2 test could theoretically detect SARS-CoV-2 before a person becomes statistically contagious.*
To address the high rate of false positive and negative results found in many RT-PCR testing laboratories, LILIUM developed a new reproducible way of processing samples in a contamination free environment that is 100% automated from start to finish. This novel platform allows for highly consistent and accurate results.
Our standard list prices are cost-effective for individuals, businesses, and community organizations, and we intend to keep it that way.

The LILIUM SARS-CoV-2 test has been designed from the ground up for convenient self-sampling. We’ve replaced painful nasopharyngeal swabs with a simple mouth swab. In the future, we can also take saliva and mouth gargle samples.*
Detection sensitivity is less than 1 infected cell allowing for detection prior to statistical contagiousness. That’s ~100x more sensitive than RT-PCR assays used by many government COVID-19 testing centres for pooled samples.
The test specifically detects only SARS-CoV-2 and can also detect up to four different variants at the same time. Any new variants can be added to the test within two weeks.
The higher an assay’s Limit of Detection (LoD), the more likely it is to miss infected persons. LILIUM’s LoD is currently among the lowest, previously available only in a few ultra high performance systems, drastically reducing false negatives.
